Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80 | I've welded up that worn groove, in that hole before and ran it. It worked, but I only did it about 2 years, then I upgraded that whole rear assembly to an MaxEmergePlus style, so I could put on some different aftermarket closing wheels.(when from, thin steel to thicker cast closing wheel arm brackets) Note: That rear bracket (arm stop) is replaceable = has two bolts going upward, vertically, from the bottom; but make sure you get the correct style, for your planter, and/or may sure you decide if you want to upgrade, before buying any parts, also. Edit: Upgrade takes different bushings, also. http://www.shoupparts.com/SH63118/ http://www.shoupparts.com/SH65889/ http://www.shoupparts.com/SH79141/
