E. Kansas | 4" here the night of April 26, following 3" the week before. I'm 100% notill, and very glad none of my ground was torn loose with tillage. Lots of bean stubble moved from all the surface water, and then from the river flooding the next day. Corn stubble that wasn't attached moved too with the flood water so deep. Roads were covered with stubble in places and had to be cleared. Nothing quite like some flood to screw up plenty of things.
