Franklinton, LA | I have a 4-year old 50" Dixie Chopper Silver Eagle with about 400 hours of use. It is a very productive and rugged mower. It has several electrical connections that are not very water proof. I have had problems with electrical connections for the past 3-years. The selling dealer and has not been very helpful. When I called the service people at Dixie Chopper I found out that I was the only person who had reported this problem. This morning I replaced one of the 3 spindles. The parts cost was about $210.00. Paige Lawnmower, the Dixie Chopper dealer in Mandeville, LA has been very helpful. | |
