SC IA | Yes pretty much all the kernels I find look like that.
And there is a lot of this in the area where people no tilled. We had about 4-7 days of good weather after we planted then it turned to rain and 45 degree overnights. I have a lot better emergence where we worked in washouts. And this farm is particularly worse because it has a lot of trash buildup and about 6-7% organic matter but is HEL so not supposed to till. | |
