Well I've already got a stout fence in place with rebar stapled onto utility poles. The problem is the cattle never stop rubbing and working the staples out. I was thinking if I put a wire maybe 8" inside the fence it would keep the pressure off the fence. One concern I had was if I ran a wire across a gate, will the cattle be hard to push out said gate for processing?
