To the OP. The guys grabbed onto corn immediately and ignored the other part of your question. On soys I have not seen any benefit to in-furrow anything.
Beans are not tolerant plants at germination time.
From my POV save your money and use it for more broadcast fertilizer, fungicide, insecticide etc.
Others my feel differently - ymmv, sar, bni
