Check to make sure your seed flow is not being restricted into or through your atomizing chamber.
If something is restricting seed flow your chemical will way over apply.

I have seen seed bag tags sitting on the grating of the seed wheel blocking flow, atomizer severely plugged, etc.

Have you ever had to adjust or replace your proximity sensors before? These are what control your chem on/off. If not then 6 years is quite a while for them and they may need adjusted and or replaced.

One last thing on the seed wheel. Does your rpms stay constant during a run as they should? Or are they fluctuating? Fluctuation could cause these issues. Caused by the vfd or motor going out. That is a very rare thing.

Don't be afraid to call Usc support. 785-431-7900 they can get you help.
