Subject: USC Seed Treater problem

SE Iowa
Not sure if I should put this in the Machinery forum or Crop, but here goes. I have a USC2000 seed treater that is around 6 years old. It has worked great up until this season, having issues with getting too much treatment on and my automatic pump sensor isn't timed right. I usually run it about half speed (1200), and have a slurry rate of 4.5/100# of beans. A mini-bulk of beans usually uses around 8lbs of treatment from my mix tank, but occasionally it will use 12+. Now I'm having to manually adjust the pump while treating. Any ideas? Could my seed wheel RPM's not be reading accurate on the screen? TIA
