Ok I have a tank and a pump and pressure regulator with orfice and a flow meter . Can't find my calculation for getting the pressure orfice size and mph ? How the heck do you figure that out ? Can't find anything on the net !!!
When I put my Totally Tubular system on this spring we called the company (Schaffert) and told them the density (10.54 lb/gal) of the liquid fertilizer we were going to use, they told us which balls (red) to use in the red ball monitor, told me to run 18 lbs. pressure from the 2 electric pumps, it is pretty much dead on at 3 gal/ac which is what I wanted to apply in furrow at 5 mph.
