I do not remember a big sale but my dad bought a used 7520 in Salina in 1983 when it still was a company store. I kind of think it was company owned yet when yet when we traded combines in the spring of 1985. The company owed store was in the building that Straub is in now. I know JD had a huge auction sale in Hutchinson in 1984 that had equipment from several failed dealerships. I remember going to at least 4 Jd dealers closeout auctions in that timeframe.
