Subject: RE: New bigger combine for deere next fall?

South-central Nebraska
I read on a combine forum that Deere already has its 70 series experimentals out in the country testing. Other rumors I have read or heard is Deere possibly may be working on a bi-rotor set up. Finally, my local dealer had heard they are testing a 48 foot cutting platform. With the class 8 and 9 gaining momentum, I would expect Deere has something coming to keep sales in that area.

I have mentioned this before, but my dealer went to combine training a year or so back. They had two brands of combines for comparisons. Obviously they had Deere, the other was Claaus/Lexion. In my opinion they may want to put on another clinic and invite the CaseIH 8010/7010 and the Agco/Challenger/MF A 85 etc.
