| Where do you find cart drivers? Are they usually full time workers, or family that should have some familarity with farm equipment, or are you relying on someone that is willing to work a seasonal job? You can't really expect the seasonal worker to be as skilled as you are, (or as skilled as you think you are). Being good at this usually involves a bit of training, experence, and also an intrest in doing the job well . I'd imangine its hard to find people with a real passion and intrest in doing a job well when you are dealing with seasonal workers. | |
