South Africa | This is to continue on the load of comments about grain cart drivers and all that below. Let's have some more talk on this. What works well here, is to have the cart driver in the combine for a day or two before putting him in the cart tractor. That way he sees what not to do. Other than that, it's different for every situation. We don't have any fancy system or anything, we pretty much just direct him over the 2-way until he does it right himself. But yeah, some guys just have "it". | |
