Deere sent them down 2 years ago for the cane companys to use mainly USSC ( http://www.unitedsugars.com/ ) They work great but I don't think they'll last because they're just a hydrastat trans like the old IH HYDRO's from years past that didn't last either. My experince with a hydrastat is they are selfdestructing on every revolution they make and the oil temp just keeps getting hotter and hotter until if fries something unless Deere has done something I don't know about with varriable speed.
Is anyone using a JD w/IVT on grain cart?
