Ontario's middle east | We have and continue to do our part expanding both space and services but, we can't make anybody use it. If they want the merchandising profits to pull out of our neighbourhood and head to Quebec, Winnipeg, or the US that is their choice and there is not much I can or will do to stop that. You would think they could see who is building their infrastructure but I guess they also have to care about that. The ball is in the farmer's court, they will decide our fate.
