Cheaper after the report,
IMO the commercials have a fair chunk "in house" ready to be loaded on a ship and get it the heck out of here.
We can not store your self to better price, this WAS proven in the 1980's
Its been proved again the last 3 years
We just got some catching up to do, and WE ARE DOING THAT.
