agreed, largest volume-c -- I remember high 600k maybe 700.
as far as OI delta, however, a huge + on high vol down move does not necessarily mean bearish. Are the new shorts strong or weak hands? Do you think specs or comm added shorts?
I remember 9/26/14-10/1, was some hefty OI increases on down days in Soy.
