Another tire you might look at is a general at2, I just put a set of those on my truck and they are very quiet. My brother put a set of Hankook atm on his at the same time and they are a pretty good tire, maybe not quite as aggressive but they are quiet and seemed to do well in snow and rain. After having a bad experience with cooper st I don't think I could ever bring myself to buy a cooper again.
