West Cental Arkansas | I pulled the transmission out of a D6C dozer by digging a trench with a front end loader, pulled the dozer back over the trench, dropped the transmission through the bottom of the dozer onto an old car hood, pulled the hood out from under the dozer with a tractor.
When it was time to put the transmission back in I pulled the dozer forward, set the transmission back in the trench on the car hood, pulled the dozer back over the transmission.
Lots of different steps to this process, but it worked.
