I would run one line down the center frame attached either with heavy long zip ties or weld washers to the frame every 4 or 6 feet and paint to match the frame and ziptie the wire to the washers. Then split and run wire back to the corners. I would have wire on top of frame and not the bottom. Residue can always snag something on the bottom but zip ties usually don't bother.
Where would you run wires?
