Texas Panhandle | Depends on if you want a rotary or sickle header. If rotary then I would think a Hesston. They make a good rotary header and you're in a good area for them.
If you're looking at a sickle cutter then I would not get a Hesston. A Macdon is built much better. I run a Hesston for 14 years and don't miss that dogbone sickle drive one bit!
Also had a NH 1441 rotary and had trouble gettting it to leave a nice level cut like the Hesston. Looks aren't everything tho...
