That is correct, Roach Ag uses them for their sell signals. At first I thought that was really stupid and wondered why I paid for a service that bases its sell signals off of purely technical analysis. BUT it's actually a good way to approach things from a cashflow standpoint. There will be about 6 sell signals per year. If you follow the signals and sell an increment during those signals, you will probably end up with a decent average. I don't follow them like gospel but it does help me identify when rallies and slumps are occurring.
