SE Illinois | I put an ontrac 3 in a 3690. I used the hardware that came with it. It isn't ideal but I clamped it over the plastic on the column. It does not move at all. Until I figure a better way it works great! The only problem is you can't use the tilt when the clamp is tightened down. That really doesn't bother me considering the benefits. Doesnt hurt the plastic at all just sqeezes it down against the the framework inside. It doesn't have to move much.

Edit: The more I think about it, I may have gotten a universal vehicle kit along with it to make it work. (Or something like that)
