| I just changed the oil on my wifes Rogue with 540 miles. If you saw the oil you would throw up. Looks like metallic paint. I have learned from being around new machinery and engines these things throw a lot of break in metals. Also just changed my Generac standby genset today with probably less than 5 hours. It was the same way. I'm at the point on anything I am keeping to change it very soon with the proper oil even if not synthetic to get break in. No way is what I'm seeing good for 5000 miles. | |
