I cater to the "freezer meat" market heavily, I started small just sold a few, and word of mouth and a few lockers putting my name out has me to capacity for all I want to raise. I will haul to the locker of their choice within reason but that to can be a pain in the butt taking one to this locker one to that locker but that keeps the customers happy for repeat business.
