With the BS situation, you'd think getting some Ca in there is good but I'd rather not see the pH go any higher.
My experience is that calcitic lime won't raise the pH on ground with those base levels. Don't go crazy with the amounts, 1-2 tons is enough to start with and watch it for a few years. You've got to have some internal drainage, and I've always had sulfur in the fertility program, but I've put a lot of lime out on ground like that with pH 6.5-6.8 and never budged the pH.
