Morris, IL | Strip till, first picture has been corn 3 or so years and is going back into it again. It's a really nice field of drummer, never floods, never runs out of moisture, 10.3 acres so were kind of playing crop insurance game trying to get APH higher for the whole 75 acres in that section.
Second and third is strip till as well, i think that was 2nd year going into 3 this year. Hard to believe but we had already side dressed that with a knife NH3 unit already. Just from a logical stand point if i'm going to dribble i'm not going to put it in the middle. It will slowly decay all summer but still have decent amount left until fall it seems.
Thank you, we work pretty hard at this strip till COC thing, gotten to where yield is less then 10 bushel 95% of the time.
