LaSalle, Ontario, 10 miles south of Detroit Mi.
you will need to show that the soil and crop need what you want to apply. a recent soil test, history of crops grown in the field, planting records. in others words documented paper trail. no spreading on frozen ground, no spreading on the ground in the fall without having to incorporate. it will be like our neonic treated seed here now. we can use the treated seed we just need to do the scouting for wireworms and grubs to prove we need the treated seed. fertilizer and manure will be regulated the same way. prove you need it and apply it in a responsible way.
