Land cost is directly proportionate to productive tendencies and markets. As it should be. We do what we do to make money, your ability to perform and adapt better than your neighbor is what effects your income whether you live in 20 bushel wheat country or 200 bushel corn country.

Living somewhere where production was easy and my biggest concern all summer was mowing ditches sounds boring as heck. Miserable. Fun for the first five minutes.

I like a challenge though and I am not overly emotional about things.
