Jasper county IL here. Not sure how they arrive at these numbers but it seems as though they had to completely not count all of the river and creek bottoms. The 155 seems about right for upland, our farm was right there and many others were in the same boat. However many acres of bottom ground yielded 50-100 bpa; guys with much of this ground didn't near average 155.
