U of ILL guys are giving a "webinar" for 2016 crop insurance decisions. Starts @ 0800 Illinois time on 2/23/16 (Tues). You need to sign up to view up. No charge, they only want your name, email address, & your location. I would assume it's also viewable at a later time if you've signed up.
