Northwest kansas
We are looking to put 2X2 fertilizer on our planter this year. I was planning on at least two applications of roundup for grass control with a strong rate of atrazine. I was thinking about putting down 1/3 of my nitrogen needs with my strip till, then another 1/3 with my planter, and then come back and top dress the corn if it looks like it will make the summer. Thinking of upping the strip till to 1/2 of what I need and 1/4 on planting and 1/4 top dress with our sprayer. NPK- nitrogen, phosphorous and ?
