A water tank costs something like $600. A wagon is worth maybe $1000 more. For $1500 you can have a purpose built wagon which pulls terrible instead of an adaptorized wagon which pulls terrible.

I'd go for a $2500 nurse trailer if I was inclined to have something like that.
