I think the former owners kept a share of the mineral rights,,there is a huge chunk of junk ground that has been ignored as far as oil drilling and mineral exploration goes..Some of the oil wells aren't putting out much,the oil might be getting tapped out or there might be one more gusher there.It would be nice to have 30,000 acres in one place to combine though,keeping an eye on 10,000 cows might keep you busy
