That is the same conclusion I have come to.  Assets, and labor have been mispriced. But is that because of the easily available credit, or did we need easily available credit because of the mispricing, or is it a vicsious circle of one leading to the other?  

Regardless, I believe that big government, and their desire to control the business cycle and to create socialism are the root causes. 

Can the decline in the efficiency of a dollar of debt be attributed to the additional debt required to service the existing debt?
