If the state E lobby could get Kum & Go on board with E-15 it would be huge because Casey's would soon follow.  

This would be a big deal for a lot of reasons----market mechanics and market signals.  They are still just regional independent canopies, but would be a great start.  The real gallons are underneath the big oil Franchised canopies  and I doubt they will ever allow those blends without risk of loosing your franchise--they certainly do not today.
