You might want to mention some of the things you did, for the concrete floor and concrete walls. (prep work)

Was a good gravel bed, put down, then a plastic layer added and taped; before concrete floor was poured?

Was a drain tile, added to perimeter?

Looks like some waterproofing material, was added to the concrete walls, Is that correct?

I assume you did these items, so to keep water/moisture from creeping into the concrete, thus the fertilizer. (I figure this would be good info, for guys thinking about future projects)
