Bankers are quite shaken that such high quality land went for this price.

Does this mean that it was a good deal for the buyer in the bankers eyes?

Does it mean the bankers need to write down the values on the balance sheets of a bunch of guys that are already in trouble?

What are the values being used on b/s for land that was being sold for $13-15k?

Is this going to effect the ability to get input loans?

I just have a lot of questions when I hear the statement made above.

I have my land valued at about 75% of what I think I could get for it. I would not feel comfortable at 100% or higher value when working on how high I want my net worth to be.
