fullerton nebraska | if its a break even using average, comfortable figures whatever you want to call them, i would say the upside is better than the downside, if the guy came to you and wants a long term tenant, land owner wont be looking for more money every year and when the neighbors call and want to offer more rent he tells them quit bugging me i like my tenant, ya id rent that farm. would depend on the landlord, if ya think hes gonna be a pain in the ass i wouldnt farm it for clear profit, if hes a good guy and likes ya id pry farm it at a loss. always seems to work out after a couple years if the landlord is decent. | |
