I'm not telling anybody to NOT rent the ground but to truly understand why it is for rent there is a reason. Knowing the reason is important to knowing whether or not it is a good Idea to rent.
Most farmers when offered the chance to rent ground will take it almost no matter what without thought or reason just the want and need to be bigger. That thought process may well be a teachable moment that some can not survive.
and yes he could be that lucky one that gets the first called - I have never been that lucky
