Cassy makes a lot of claims, unfortunately for him most of them can't be substantiated. It would appear he has a M.A. in management from Webster University in St. Louis.  Other than that his academic credentials are suspect (degrees from JSU?) and he has never published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. As for having worked for NASA or the White House you're gonna have to take his word for that, again, no records.
