| Does your break even include your overhead and equipment costs? If so you could cut those back since you already own the equipment and you said you could handle more acres.
Tara - you will probably start seeing land come up for rent. Bankers are going to be tough on some guys this winter and make some guys give up ground. It could be that he's just lucky to be the first one called. If the "why hasn't someone else done it already" argument held water nobody would ever take a risk. | |
