Maybe that's why we get "southern" guys up here buying land. Less than $300,000 will get you a decent quarter here. 100bu corn and 35bu beans.

Why would I pay a mil for one that gets me 100bu more corn or 20bu more beans? I asked this a couple years ago....posters got defensive. This is part of the reason corn has moved north and west.
