It will.  There is margin covering (by speculators in the equity market worldwide) due to the collapse of the energy sector (both coverage in commodity and equity moves) .  Keep in mind, this is a market oligopoly (baked in inefficiency) that is imploding.  Every improvement in market efficiency improved the economy.    It will take a few months will make a bid difference. 


There are economies that are in real trouble - namely China.  However, decreasing energy cost will ease the pain and make the bounce back more probable in year rather than decade.
