Nebraska aka the boondocks
The article I read this morn from Agra net, the South African ag min said 5 to 6 mmtonnes. So there are what 39 bushels per ton, according to grain council. Last year according to Bloomberg they exported 1.6. I have brought this up before but this is a fair swing in bushels. I would suggest if you just take our carry to 1.5 instead of 1.8 things would look different, so I think it is a thing of note. But I suppose if usda says 1.6 instead of upwards of 6, then it must be 1.6.
