It sounds like the rented land has NO irrigation well on it............it is dryland. However, it probably carries more value to the renter than any other dryland so obviously the two parties are going to have to work together to make this deal happen in a beneficial way for both sides. Since there are already hard feelings it is probably going to be tough sledding. Good luck.
