On the urea.. Do You feel like this is a depressed number because of the river situation? If they have stuck barges and the river won't go down soon it might get cheaper before it pops?
As a nation I am not sure we are in a place to increase corn acres. I would like to know where we are as a whole in fertilizer placement. Locally, nearly 0 fertilizer being applied. All the local dry rigs and farmers have been shut down. I asked a banker I know when the neighbors would farm. He told me as soon as they could end up with something black in the cash flow.
Everyone I talk to says they are going to quit updating equipment and then cut themselves to prosperity.
