I guess my pointbwas your calculation for determining rent is a decent way on 170+ ground.
At 200 it gets you there. 200×$4.00×0.33=$264. So $800-$264=$536. Thats enough to cover expenses, here anyways.
At 140 it doesnt look so good. 140×$4.00×0.33=$185. So $560-$185=$375. That may not be enough to cover expenses.
Ultimately there is still a huge swing in what you "could" pay for rent depending on aph level. I see your point, but for "me", "here", $375 leaves plenty left over. And my expenses on 140 ground would be less too, leaving more than $375. I did say I use that formula to get me in the ballpark for easy figuring, and as I said, is pretty much the upper limit I could afford to pay. Try and work it down some from there.
