im reading that if the neckline is higher into the coming uptrend than the one it just came out of that is a bullish sign. is this any type of interpritation of the upcoming peak price compared to the peak of the last high? does it exibit more power towards the next trend? what if the neckline is straight horizontal, does this mean it will mimic the last 5 set of waves?
