Just heard a story a week ago on the ag radio program talking about the Saudi's buying a big chunk of irrigated land in California to grow hay on for their dairy enterprise running in Arizona. They were too short on water in Arizona to feed the cows! Some folks just go broke differently than we do. When a country goes broke nobody cares..............it's just full speed ahead!
